Storage & Seasonal Pitches

We can store your caravan in our secure compound and with just 48 hours notice, put it on site ready for your stay. This arrangement suits a lot of people who like caravaning but are not so keen on all the towing!

We also have a limited number of seasonal picthes that run from 1st January through to 31st December, which means that your caravan remains on the same pitch all year and is available instantly, which is ideal for those wishing to get away at a moments notice.

Seasonal

Seasonal pitches for 2012 now available all year round.
Due to the reduced rate for staying on site, there are no part year reductions to this fee.

Duration 12 months Net £900 plus VAT @ 20% = £1080.00.
Plus £5 per day/night when you stay on your pitch, or if you choose to leave your electric hook-up connected.
Awnings are an extra £2 a night.

Super Pitch Touring Caravan (double sized pitch)
Yearly fee of £1,500.00 plus VAT @ 20% = £1,800.00
inclusive of electric, water and sewage disposal on pitch.
Plus £5 per day/night when you stay on your pitch.

Awnings are inclusive of the above fee and can be left up
from April or Easter which ever is sooner until 1st Week in October.

Storage

Storage customers that choose to stay with us for a holiday will have a special discount of £2 off the touring prices.

Caravans Under 22 foot

12 months - £250.00 plus 20% VAT = £300.00
6 months - £125.00 plus 20% VAT = £150.00
Weekly -      £    7.50 plus 20% VAT = £    9.00

Caravans over 22 foot

12 months - £300.00 plus 20% VAT = £360.00
6 months -   £150.00 plus 20% VAT = £180.00
Weekly -   £ 7.50 plus 20% VAT =    £  9.00

We have CCTV surveillance in operation at all times.
